WTW Return and Exchange Policy

Returns – Valid up to one year

Any unused products in the original packaging can be returned by the customer with a note indicating the wish for a refund.

The full price of the product (not the original shipping) will be refunded to the customers original form of payment when the product arrives in our warehouse.

Exchanges – Valid up to one year

Any unused product in the original packaging can be exchanged for a different profile, grit, or product.

The customer may return the product with a note indicating what they would like to exchange it for.

Any price difference will be invoiced to the customer before we send out the new product.

The customer will be invoiced for shipping before we send out the new product.

Due to the nature of Sundstrom Respirators, they are not returnable unless defective.
